These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Catholic Warrior mobile application (the "App") operated by Catholic Warrior LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company registered in the State of New Mexico, United States of America. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The App is rated 17+ and is intended for use by individuals who are at least 17 years of age. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 17 years old. If you are under 17, you may not use the App.
To access certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete.
The App offers the following subscription tiers:
Free Trial: All active subscription tiers include a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the applicable weekly rate.
All subscriptions are billed weekly through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Upon cancellation:
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period following notice of the change. Your continued use of the App after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
The App includes community features such as the Brotherhood group chat where users can communicate with one another. By using these features, you acknowledge that:

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines, at our sole discretion.
By posting content in the App, you grant Catholic Warrior LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App for the purpose of operating the community features. You retain all ownership rights to your content.
Important: The App provides fitness tracking tools and workout programs for informational purposes only. The content is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider before starting any new exercise or nutrition program.
Catholic Warrior LLC is not responsible for any injuries, health complications, or adverse effects resulting from the use of workout programs, nutrition plans, or other fitness content provided through the App. You use the App's fitness features at your own risk.
The App and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Catholic Warrior LLC. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Catholic Warrior LLC.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Catholic Warrior LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Catholic Warrior LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in the State of New Mexico.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the State of New Mexico in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
