This End User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Catholic Warrior LLC ("Licensor," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company registered in the State of New Mexico, United States of America, for the use of the Catholic Warrior mobile application (the "App").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not download, install, or use the App.
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a single mobile device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

The App offers subscription-based access to premium features. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's In-App Purchase system and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Details regarding subscription tiers, pricing, free trials, and cancellation are set forth in our Terms of Service.
The App, including but not limited to its design, graphics, text, images, logos, icons, audio, video, software code, and all other content, is the exclusive property of Catholic Warrior LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
The "Catholic Warrior" name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Catholic Warrior LLC. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.
The App may allow you to submit, post, or share content through community features such as the Brotherhood chat. You retain ownership of any content you create, but by submitting content through the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content within the App for the purpose of providing the service.
You are solely responsible for any content you submit and the consequences of sharing it. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our Terms of Service.
The App may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including but not limited to:
Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party services.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that the results obtained from the use of the App will be accurate or reliable.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CATHOLIC WARRIOR LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Catholic Warrior LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may terminate this Agreement and your license to use the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:
We may from time to time issue updates, patches, or new versions of the App. You agree that we may automatically update the App on your device. Such updates may include bug fixes, feature enhancements, or new features, and may modify or delete certain features. You agree that we have no obligation to provide any updates or to continue to provide any particular features.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of New Mexico in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Catholic Warrior LLC regarding the App and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
